VERIZON WIRELESS is the only company I have ever worked for that would give you a pay raise with a bigger pay cut. Year after year making less and less and they expect you to keep the fire and motivation going. They are putting a lot of stress in the employees from the traffic that is coming into snd not having the amount of staff and cutting employees pay it’s bad enough the commission is tax at 40% it’s hard to stay motivated when your not getting anything back. It’s only a matter a time that this company would be worthless and be at the bottom.

Yeah they might take 40% on your commission check but remember, it only matters at tax time. You get back the extra you pay when you file your taxes. You can always go exempt on some of your commission checks.
It’s perfectly reasonable for an employee to have pay transparency and to have goals in line with compensation. It makes it hard for employees to stay motivated when they don’t know what they are working for all while enduring abusive customers and extra work.
No one likes more work and less pay.
Someone is on there period trying to defend Verizon like is the best job they ever had lmao, talking about Praise the pay cut😂😂, obviously I someone stayed in the back it wouldn’t be a pay cut it would be a pay raise. And Verizon doesn’t hand out anything everything is earn f–––––g rookie

You wouldn't know hard work like hans or DMs and GMs do you know what it's even like to have your whole day planned out being on call you mo..n. Try using blue jeans all day then tell me your job is hard. Not like I don't have reports to read all day. Also make sure you send me the reports that I already have you waste.
think about this, every one got a 3% raise and papa hans got 5%. This company is a joke and no wonder the stock is s––t.
