When I talk to people in DXC they tell me that the lack of pay rises, promotions and the constant threat of WFR are all bad BUT they opportunity to work from home is what keeps them there.
Question is what would you do if there was a direction from management to return to the office and line managers were ordered to track compliance and building access logs and other snooping methods were employed to target non attenders?
Would this be a deal breaker for you and a reason to leave ? Do you think DXC could actually force a return to the office in large numbers?
