SF is the worst in every respect. The leadership in shockingly incompetent. Their MO is to bully and demean the next level down, rather than design an effective organization. Processes are completely inefficient and unnecessarily redundant, preventing employees from performing core functions. Their is no management accountability, and do not appear to have any incentive to change. This company is hazardous to your health. Do not recommend this company to potential employees or customers.

State Farm is the BORG. You must assimilate or be destroyed. From Team leader on up they don't give a rats a–– about you. As a matter of fact, they get their jollies off destroying you. State Farm would have never had that attitude back in the early 80s. They knew then they were big and acted like it. Today they are big and act like the big thug bully in high school. Maybe not today but in the future, they will learn that behavior leads to failure. Remember, value lies in being unique and NOT fitting in. SF has lost its uniqueness because they are always looking at other companies rather than acting like a unique, valuable, and exceptional company it once was.
Dude I’m expected to answer questions about myself like once a month..... like I’m in a high school class again. I’m young so it’s a very relevant and recent memory of how high school was, not exaggerating someone’s maturity.
OP, you have presented a series of unrelated, unsubstantiated OPINIONS, none of which are related to the alleged topic of this site, 'Layoff'. I would propose that, unless you have something to add that is topical, perhaps you should, well, er, layoff.
@bfn. You are spot on target. I retired exactly for that reason. I kept my mouth shut and laughed at them because they thought I didn't have the $$$ to retire. I also laughed at the 3X married mentally ill who couldn't retire because of divorces, children and self medication. It's just a job.
