Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

It's time to leave

It's time to leave, even SVPs are planning their exodus before year-end. They took away a lot of your incentives and dumped more work on you. Frankly, I'm sick of all of them and I plan on leaving soon, life too short to put up with this hot mess.

I am right there with you. Things are bad currently and they're just getting worse. Waiting for something to improve under this leadership is an exercise in futility. I don't see a point in staying when there are other options available.

Deposit base continues to shrink. The mo--ns in charge have no clue. Truist will be sold to a legitimate big bank within 5 years. It’s over Johnny. Only people benefiting from this is the executives who keep cooking the books (looking at you Bible) and cashing out their options.
You lowly types best leave fast. The leaders are crooks of the lowest lows.

Kelly lied. Richards lies. Beau Cummins lies. Dante is along for the ride. That other ja––––s from BBT is just thankful to still be there.
Is this the crew you want steering your future?
Get out NOW! Or stick around....generous Kelly should be about ready to drop another round of Seeds of Hope.

Totally agree. The job market has been steadily improving and many companies have figured out that they can work successfully remotely so that means more opportunities at places that may have been geographically unattainable in the past.
