There are many things that can be said about Nike, but no company is ideal. I’ve worked at a few other companies that have some things significantly better and some much worse than Nike. Everyone is trying to find a company that has more comparative advantages and in which they can feel more comfortable. If you could choose one thing that bothers you the most here personally and that you would like to change, what would it be?

Do Nike a favor, stop doing silly c––p like this posting, and pack your bags and move on to another victim you can suck dry.
Better people management. Middle management here is a fu—g joke and HR is useless at protecting employees from selfish and dangerous egos. Too many “yes men.”
