VCG is a dumpster fire filled with napalm. Still can't tell if they are brainless or doing this all as part of the plan. Likely the latter. Actually had an irate customer come into the store with some BS tech issue on their 8 year old device. Customer actually said "you just don't want to help me so you don't get a bad survey" referring to the recent article. Umm well yes, you're right.

What a mess. Obviously the person who posted was spot on. Let face it, retail is over and isn’t coming back. You can keep expressing the truth here on the layoff but it won’t change anything. You must find other employment if you are unhappy. No magic will reverse the past year. The frustration is real but so is the definition of insanity. Continuing to show up for work and thinking things are going to change to what you want is not realistic. Either enjoy the benefits and solid pay or move on to something else.

That Zdnet article is making it around for sure. The id–t DM was at my store today chatting with the SM about it.. calling it a pi—s of employee that got canned. Saying we don't do anything like this.. then 20 min later telling us we need to all get a Vz home this today and just tell the customer they need it for 90 days to get the deals.

Like someone else posted we have had people asking about the $6 insurance..lol in a morning huddle we were told if they ask for it they have to do it online or call..

The real story is the post on slack in the water cooler where as another that was here references a person whom is a mega tool defending the survey system. I'd suggest everyone contact the author of the article and give your two cents.
