I have stopped attending zoom cafe meetings employee all hand calls because “leaders” are literally reading off a script. Zero authenticity.
Me too. I believe many of us have given up on those meetings? The reasons are numerous and have really become a waste of time. They don't make any sense anymore. They no longer provide proper information exchange and do not provide real benefits.
I feel like their biggest assets are the tax havens where they move billions of dollars so they can avoid paying any corporate taxes.

Agree completely. For one, nothing much is said that pertains to my direct job. There are way too many of these all hands meetings, most of which just repeat what has been said in another meeting and sorry, but 7 am? Nah! I’ll just listen to the recording later... or will I?
