I think that the company is still able to provide us with better working conditions, higher pay and better benefits, but it seems that they deliberately don't want to do so because they want as many of us as possible to resign. That is my personal impression. Squeezing people more than ever, not because it is really necessary for the survival of the business, but to get rid of us as soon as possible.
