Doesn’t do anything in my store someone reported a un appropriated se-ual harassment involved management . At the end the person starts everything is gone and the Manager still working at the store.

I would recommend calling the ethics hotline and/or calling someone above store level before using the open door policy. You open yourself up to possible retaliation if your managers know who is lodging a complaint.

Open door is only set up to protect the managers and the company. You flag yourself to the company as a “problem” when you file a complaint. I know this first hand as being a former HR manager. When you apply for a position at another store managers interested in you call your existing manager to get the “Lowe down” on you.
