Yes. There have been talks abt it but its coming. The main thing here is to push the “Other” employees who are getting old but still perform level best at it still bit at the same time promote or either make it seem like its an “Aged” based atmosphere bcz ultimately their goal is to get rid of the ones’ who “KNOW” the most to replace them with 18-19 ye olds since they they’ll love getting paid $12 an hr being part time & OMG, an amazing $500 commission after putting up with so much work & no creditability or anything, and so many things attached to it. The company hence wants us to come bi no that its otherwise. KB either needs to go or either be replaced & the same goes for our useless CEO Hans. Nobody in his circus team knows what’s going on, what’s next after Ericsson? Verizon? Basically its another way for them to get richer & comfortable, while us frontline workers putting our blood & sweat to make sure the customer doesn’t give us anything but a 10 on a survey? Literally NOBODY gives a damn anymore bit their checks. This is the level this company is going down to. A BIG BIG BIG Shame on u Hans & ur even SHAMELESS team led by KB. A total Shame.

Ultimately I feel bad for the customers. They have no idea that they are walking into either an indirect store(which now look exactly like corporate) or employees who aren’t their to really help due to no incentives
Nicely put & very well described summary of what’s cookin in Verizon. “Nobody” cares abt the sixer etc “U KNOW”. WOW thing which they’re upto is great but that’s just favoring one side which is also evident in many occasions based on recent firing & promotions & to follow. So there has to be an awakening call to our CEO & his team that how great this company is & how perfectly they’re screwing it over by just making it only upto THEMSELVES & the SHAREHOLDERS. Damn Right OP, a Big Shame Indeed.
