They're basically run by a single person, and everything is online oriented, no need for booksellers and cashiers. Kindles can be bought via kiosks in store. You can browse book samples too and they'll be shipped to you in a day if it's–tin physical stock. Booksellers are as obsolete as the people helping you clothes shop at Sears, the future is now.
