I’ve been told individual commission is coming back to retail in June.

Individual commission is never coming back like it use to. If it does come back with will be “positioned” as individual but will just be target incentives. Like when we had the quarterly RIS incentive. Verizon is follow Apple retail stores plans but tweaking incentives to drive whatever metric is pertinent at the time.

This is bull. You have teams working two stores. The ONLY thing I could see commission changes to RIS only like a bonus. Sales are sales, you get get RIS we give you a little more. Hourly plus RIS
