The CWA seems like they're useless. What about the RWDSU? I know I'm going to do some research. The RWDSU even talks about unfair commission changes to pay workers less. Sound familiar? We have more options other than the CWA.

I love how management acts like the union is going to suck our paychecks dry with dues. It's like 15 per pay. We get so much for that. Will we get comp bargained. Probably not, but we would get defined job descriptions, regular pay increases, better benefits, if a manager gets a bug up their butt, they cannot single you out as easily, and so much more. But the union is only as strong as its members.
People bring up the Brooklyn store. That's only a couple stores. Get all of corporate under the union its stronger. More voices the louder we can be.
When there is only a couple stores they don't listen, but with an entire company they will.
That's the issue. Good luck getting a majority of the company.
Unions are useless, don’t get sucked into broken promises. May as well be a pyramid scheme. You keep paying and paying for promises and hope that will never come.

No you dingus. I'm with VZW and looking for other viable union options other than the CWA for unionizing.
I just heard that customer service is no longer having shift bids, so you're stuck with your current shift / supervisor forever unless you opt into a mini bid. Performance doesn't matter anymore and it only goes by tenure when it comes to mini bids. There is no incentive to perform more than the minimum requirement not to get written up.
