Well, it happened. After stealthy gunning for my job, the younger, outside-hire MBA got it. I’m sent packing after decades, suddenly dropping out of favor after a skillfully crafted program to oust me. Do not trust the senior manager that smiles and says wonderful things to your face, they usually have their underlings do the dirty work for them, as a test of loyalty. In this case, had them send me packing. Looking forward to the reprieve from this hell.

programs that I created were given to male counterparts once the "leaders" realized that my ideas have potential. They did not want a female, minority, immigrant who speaks with an accent to have the good projects even if those project were created by her. they wanted their cronies to get the kudos and promotion.

That sounds about right. I have been fighting a manager and his cronies for years. Each time they try to find ways to get rid of my programs or take them away. No repercussions. This is how a company dies.
