If people only knew what severance agreements cover up it wouldn't be considered a top place to work. They use those strategically.

Lol keep protecting shit DMs this website is funny
I’m sick and tired of this whining about post deletion. HR doesn’t own this site, otherwise this would be their cheerleading platform on which none of us couldn’t post at all.
If something got deleted it’s because either the US libel laws were violated or the post broke the website rules.
This is a copy-paste from another forum board here, but I’m sure it applies to this one as well:
I've been on the site for a while now and here is my observation on what kind of posts mods/admins delete:
- Foul language (a big no-no)
- Defamation
- Racism
- Anything that has personal info
- Using names excluding public figures like PR, Comms, Board and C-Level)
- Unsupported negative posts (e.g., you will all be laid off, ford engineers are not competent, etc)
- Trolling (they axe this sometimes, I've seen some troll posts survive but they typically nix it)
- References to violence and sgurd (read this in reverse, I don't want to be tagged as pitching it here, merely trying to avoid being blocked)

Sounds a lot like my ass-clown DM. No one has seen them in-store for the past 2 months but "we're in this together". You're ispu ARD took a shit because you have an influx of traffic all 3 of your employees can't manage? Well that's the problem, "YoU dIDnT MAnAgE!"
I’ve tried to speak up twice about the obstacles retail is facing and how difficult it has been and was immediately shut down both times. It is offensive to be hassled about metrics and incentives from someone working from their living room. So, I have been actively seeking other employment and am taking every sick day/vaca/personal I can get. We deserve better.
Bets on how long it takes them to take this down
