Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

painful coworkers

We have difficult coworker that move over with us to a new group. They do not like to do work of any kind and they try to push it on others. Is there a way to report this? SInce work is simple, its mostly laziness

Ask difficult coworker please to leave over out to a new new group. Report them not doing the needful but push work on others for simple work particular as is laziness yes.

@1ndu+1ae2JhIA, hey the truth is your being watched, that is why you and the other lazy workers were moved over here. They are going to lay off dead weight like you and the others very soon. Hope you have savings.

I don’t work here to work. I work here to get paid. If I can push my tasks off onto fools like you, I win twice: 1) I don’t have to do any work. 2) I’m the one that will get promoted for being innovative while you are laid off and replaced with an even dimmer bulb.

there are really several that moved to this new tech group with me several weeks back. they have to be the laziest group I have ever met. They dont want to do any work and no one at wells can stand dealing with them as they make their life painful if they ask them any questions.

@1qrv+1ae2JhIA, you may be one of them, but if you are one, you have been lazier far before these displacements became any worry and should just get the boot

Are you all talking about me? I don’t think I’m lazy, just not motivated to do this work. If there was any motivation around here other than to just not get displaced I’d definitely work a bit harder.

Do not talk to your manager. The person who brings the problem is the problem. Always. No exceptions.

Do not let this person push their work off on you. Just smile and politely say you’re too busy. When they move on to their next target don’t make it your problem.

An employee like that should be the manager’s problem, but most won’t care as long as the work gets done. Don’t expect help from a manager, just politely and pleasantly let the lazy co- worker know they need to find themselves another s—er.

i may work in this group, another group merged into ours, and most of the employees from this other group are paper pushers. They lack any good team or communication skills, like from another planet.
