Everyone here is talking about an extremely toxic atmosphere, backstabbing, gossiping and bullying, as if they are not part of it. “Everyone else is spreading negative energy except me.” So I wonder how those who feel threatened in such an atmosphere cope with all this?

Enbridge is full of bullies but the funny thing is they are all skinny white boys who can't fight. Never worked at Enbridge so can only speak to UG. Toxicity and politics rule the day. Things can get bad in the regional offices where positioms are few and only assigned to the favorites. If you are not in the clique you can kiss your career goodbye.
