I didn’t take the situation seriously and thought I could handle the daily stress here. After all, bills have to be paid. At one time, I became so used to stress that all stressful situations became normal. And finally - the accumulated stress resulted in my health being seriously impaired. And that can’t be fixed anymore.
That is why my advice to everyone who is constantly stressing out about work is that it is not worth it. As soon as the situation gets serious, don’t ignore all that stress and look for another job as soon as possible.

It will take a toll on your health. I had 2 heart attacks that I didn't even know about until I had an angiogram. Two clogged arteries. I felt fine but started getting out of breath All the stress and eating on the go meaning cafe food took its toll after 20 years. I eat healthy at home but not at work. I quit and never looked back. If I could do it all over again I would never work for sams or walmart. It's just not worth it. You have no balance between work and family. I hate this company with a passion
I went the other way. If I can do it, fine, if I can't get it done, fine. I could care less.
That's why they keep losing all their pharmacists in Wichita and Oklahoma City.
Totally agree, that’s what exactly I did. Now I’m happy with my new job.
