Verizon just keeps setting us up for failure. I’ve seen so many customers today that have quotes with double promotions that SHOULDNT be stacking…their actual bills are like $100 higher. I just now ran a quote and the numbers are completely wrong and I DONT EVEN GIVE AF. I hope they come back pi---d and verizon has to credit EVERYBODY. Sick of this s**t. Our POS 💩 Quote tool 💩 Everything 2.0 is literally worse than what we had 5 years ago .

How are we suppose to give the best experience if the tools you provide are garbage?

Our systems are terrible all around. Not just the store systems. Part of the reason is our IT was offshored to Infosys in India. Saving costs by outsourcing is more important than having functioning systems.

  1. 0 and business 360 worst systems ever. Embarrassment to anyone working in a retail store. Too many accessories in an order? crash upgrading with a new tablet line? crash adding a CPE Apple Watch ? *error message of death * Take 2.0 out of the iPads and try rebuilding it from the ground up if we even need it at all. It does nothing better. Same goes for 360. Same old issues from when it was first launched .

Yeah POS 2.0 is a joke. All we are told to do is submit quick tickets that do absolutely nothing. Those next bill
Summaries are also a joke but they put in a fix the other day for those... still garbage and way off.... credits on credits... here you go customer care
