Verizon just keeps setting us up for failure. I’ve seen so many customers today that have quotes with double promotions that SHOULDNT be stacking…their actual bills are like $100 higher. I just now ran a quote and the numbers are completely wrong and I DONT EVEN GIVE AF. I hope they come back pi---d and verizon has to credit EVERYBODY. Sick of this s**t. Our POS 💩 Quote tool 💩 Everything 2.0 is literally worse than what we had 5 years ago .
How are we suppose to give the best experience if the tools you provide are garbage?
