Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Remote Manager approvals, what’s next FaceTime escalations?

Here’s an idea, since we are so manned in the stores, let’s remove the managers from the actual stores and let them approve sh-t from their beds at home. Then if a customer has a problem, they can FaceTime them from home to fix their problems. Because I sure as sh-t am not going to deal with them.

Customer: Can I speak to a manager? Rep: fu-k no where do you think you are? Walmart?

Working in a multi stores is no fun. We are all dreading June 1st when we have a blended commission. Reps hate having to go to another store to help. I’ve never seen a schedule change so much in 1 week for the follow week because of being a multi store. This is gonna fail hard. Our reps have already given up with the commission structure and all but 1 rep in staff is planning on leavening within the next 3 months. Pray for us multi-stores!

Dual stores are cr-p. Might as well call it it hide and seek from your loyal customer base that you have built over several years, Of course it just fits that Verizon just doesn’t care about the customer anyway, as long as they save a buck. Congratulations T-Mobile you’re going to win. We might as well pass out fliers for ATT and T-Mobile at the door.

Pretty sure it's mostly for dual stores. The dual store will likely cut some SMs to add rep head count. However I'm told dual stores are being looked at as they are a failure and not working out as planned. Who knows this company is cr-p.
