Why was TG let go if he acted just like Clay?
Clay is just the tip of the iceberg for the cruelty of OCI management. Here is another testimonial to the cruelty that OCI men and women do
“Absolutely. No amount of money can justify mental trauma I had gone through. Worst decision of my life. The culture of always say yes to your boss, be in good books etc. There is no engineering here. I can say one thing today. Amazon was much better for me. Trying to get out ASAP even if that means losing 100k in salary. Mental.peace and happiness are more important. I really want to curse these toxic people but alas I am still a good person by heart. Do not ever join OCI.
Also anyone speaking against or voicing concern are either fired or traumatized so much to leave. I voiced my frustration and they stopped my promotion citing I have communication issues. These guys are now forcing me to move teams. Absolutely BS. They cannot fire me because they know amount of work I have done they cannot justify it. Disgrace.”

They could not get technical details right, i.e. Nimbula and Nebula, do you think they got everything else correctly?
LE exhibits classic narcissistic behavior
You are not wrong. I called my time at Oracle as "the cult of Larry"
LE's always been like that and SC is his kindred spirit. they think by creating a a culture of conflict you get better results and productivity.
LE exhibits classic narcissistic behavior and sets management up so they will fight for his approval. This is the way the narcissist gains daily validation - by pitting his subordinates against one another. Go read about it. It has been well documented here and elsewhere.
“They need a Thomas Kurian,” one former executive said of Oracle.
Without someone like that, the former executive said, Oracle’s cloud ambitions could be in jeopardy.
That’s a joke, right?
To LE, the ends justify the means. Always. The culture of fear, insults, purposeful cruelty isn’t a bug it’s a feature.
LE's always been like that and SC is his kindred spirit. they think by creating a a culture of conflict you get better results and productivity. What you really get are people who are experts in the illusion of productivity, a culture of mistrust of information hoarding and people who have absolutely zero connection to the work or products.
Even customers feel that way. if you did a poll of customers I bet you'd find nearly all use Oracle because they HAVE to or they think they do, not because they want to.
Clay is just the surface of the greater problem at Oracle and some key leadership. It is finally out in the open. What's your move now ORCL - are you just going to pretend the problem isn't there and give Clay and his 'boys' a pass to continue to abuse the company employees? Will the BOD, Safra, and LJE finally rip the band-aid off and get rid of the toxic venom while you still can before ORCL becomes the next Data General (DG). If you do get rid of Clay - you better look at anything he's touched in the past 24-36 months. There are other VP, GVP, EVP elsewhere 'hiding' and in plain sight that embodies the same behavior well documented in the court case. How about the harassment reported to HR and then RIF people these same "Clay-cians" have successfully executed as well?
To LE, the ends justify the means. Always. The culture of fear, insults, purposeful cruelty isn’t a bug it’s a feature. And that even extends to the customer base. The accusations about the fairshare program are explosive, and play to the darker components of Oracle’s reputation.
CM looks like a d|ck too. A bully who needs a comeuppance.
Here’s an interesting excerpt:

Outline only showed the first couple of paragraphs before the paywall kicked in.
Could somebody post the article here?
My guess is that the OP is not the Ax-Man that we’ve seen here in the past. Looks like we may have Ax Man impostors ……
I have seen a lot of past Ax Man predictions and narratives come true though, especially before the pandemic.
Being an ex oci and oracle employee, it hurts to see how ugly this group has turned into under his leadership. But I doubt, Safra or Larry would even care.
Just like Ax-Man's previous predictions of layoffs, using Outline.com is inaccurate.
Just go here: https://crywnews.com/business/oracle-insiders-say-there-is-a-culture-of-fear-under-the-leadership-of-its-key-cloud-unit/
And take heed of the last paragraph: “Something is going to go wrong enough that they are not going to be able to shove it into the closet or sweep it under the rug,” the person said. “They are going to run out of people to take the fall and they are going to have to hire somebody.”
