I ran into a former colleague of mine who used to work for Macys. We chatted for a few minutes and she actually told me she missed working here. I was like “Are you crazy?” How can anyone miss such a horrible company with even worse managers? I told her she was lucky to get out and as soon as I had the chance I’m out as well! Seriously, who in their right mind would miss all the cr-p we are being put through on a daily basis?

Maybe she worked there before Macy’s got so bad. She has no idea now
I don't get it either we've had several people in our store leave and then come back a couple of months later I don't know if they get better pay coming back or what but once I leave macys I hope I never have to consider coming back

It seems natural for people to believe that their experience is everyone's experience. But it isn't.
I promise you that there are many people who are very happily working and not having the issues you describe. And they'll miss it, when they're somewhere else, later on.
