We have lost and are going to lose more of our top sales performers and more importantly our Sales Engineers are looking at other company's.

Has nothing to do with the solutions and everything to do with the Comp Plan (everyone in Sales is suffering under this new plan) and how SE's are treated (Multi rep aggregated quota's, not eligible for club, no uncapped acceleration) when they are equally as important to the sales process. You think the reps know ANYTHING about the products we sell?
I have noticed A LOT of people announcing they are leaving Citrix on LinkedIn in the last month...
No worries, some of those top sales performers are axx holes and bullies. They won't survive outside Citrix.
Is this really unexpected? These days there are lots of extremely good alternatives for most use cases. Easy to implement, and with a seat requirement as low as "1" if that's all you really need.
