Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

How much has HON changed you?

Hearing about their bad decisions, plans for the future that mostly clash with common sense, experiencing injustice towards employees...
I was just becoming a bitter man, and I knew very well that I couldn’t change anything. I no longer like myself for the kind of anxious and worried person I have become.

I will no longer be interested in where this company is going, nor will anything surprise me anymore, because I want to save myself the stress while I am still here and until I find another job.
The only thing I'm interested in right now is where to find the next job.

@OP. I hear you. I had exactly the same experience working for few years in HON. I left because my values were not aligned with HON’s value (which are practiced). I started behaving in the same way as others (to keep with the BS and to save my job). But I realized that it has started negatively impacting my thought process. I left and that the best decision I have taken in my professional life so far. Good luck to you and others.

I used to be very handsome with a full head of hair. I’m now old, fat and bald. All HW’s fault!

Network on LinkedIn. See where the ex-Honeywellers ended up. There's a remote filter in the LinkedIn jobs section now too.

You won’t find that job here.

I only come here to vent and plan new ways to inform people about what the Honeywell brand is all about. Working to learn Chinese so I can post there as well.
