Anyone notice how the comment section was disabled for this with the latest training . You spoke we listened ......ummm no you didn’t please let us comment on the d-mb report. Can you imagine our success is determined by a cell phone strength signal ? You can’t make this stuff up.

The contribution report is very much flawed and doesn’t have any “ team” meaning behind it. I get they needed to come up with something so that the lazy reps who don’t contribute much would stand out. This could have been dealt with with one on one conversations and individual PIPs not a flawed report. I have already seen good reps who work hard and take multiple transactions fall below on the report.
Every rep under the 50% threshold nationwide is at risk of being let go according to the "below national average" language.
