One thing I learned in claims. A differing of opinion can often be a good thing but more importantly all involved should use it as a learning experience. The same is true here on this site. It should be important to management and the workers should be able to have full disclosure without fear of retaliation. Inability to openly discuss the issues creates paranoia, distrust, anxiety, and poor health. Regardless of how you think know your thoughts are as important as any other. For without freedom to peacefully discuss there will inevitably be chaos. Name calling and condescending creates even more chaos.

4wws+1aWcZdO2 I run a business outside of my day job. I guess I’m too cool to go back to my hometown to sell insurance, and deal with id--ts.
Even if you make less, they are still jealous of your life style and have to take out their failing marriages on the first CA they can find, your sons failing school? Better harass an adjuster and make up problems, can’t afford vacations and that business owner lifestyle you think you’re entitled to? Better harass someone internally that has no control.
I was watching a comedian that randomly roasted the sh-t out of that stereotype. Makes me wonder if he actually worked for us or around us lmao.

I had a bad interaction with Agents before, usually the customer complains they want something they have no coverage for like rental to the agent, then the Agent who should know better they have no coverage calls claims and demands more rental and when it is informed there is no coverage they get your Alias and start complaining they will talk to your TM.
First few ones worried me , now i dont care i tell them how it is, if the knew their job they would not do this.
LOL they don’t want you to do that. They want obedient little bi----s who will take the downfall for a shirt agent, and management.
The best thing you can know how to do for yourself, is know you’re employment rights, and threaten the fu-k out of your TM, and whomever comes across that way.
I had an agent try and take me for my job multiple times now. I said no more and no less that if I’m somehow in the wrong I’ll take the unemployment for the whole ride, while possibly filing charges through BBB.
Document, document, document take notes outside of claims with poor interactions with internals.
True epitome of mansplaining.
