Do you comment on your managers posts? Tell them they are great leaders and you are grateful to be working under their vision? Remember our managers, VPs and CEO are the hardest working people on the planet. Make sure they feel appreciated! =) Thank you for all you do Darren Woods (AKA Jesus)

at least brown-nosing daddy Darren and all the imortals is more hygienic on yammer than in person, technological progress.
Hey, bud. Why don't you try your Spaz Poet stand-up at another location?
Like, on the street corner where you was born.
Pretty sure it’s only folks at the beloved campus that use yammer. What a waste of time.
Jeez you all are a bunch of whiners. If you like a post like it. If you don’t don’t. Doesn’t matter who posts it.
Whatever happened to people just going to work and doing a technical job without all of the yammer cr-p. The oil business functions on great technical work and communication between people. Yammer is not needed. Corporate professionals do not need this intra company discussion board nonsense. If the young people need this yammer stuff then that is a shame. They should be forced to do their job with a desk phone, a slide rule, and some colored pencils for one week. That will teach them some respect for doing a job.
I try to be strategic with my Yams and respond as soon as a new Yam gets posted by one of our great leaders. This way I can be one of the first to like/respond to their priceless Yams. #BackToFirst
Installed Yam on my iPhone. Pretty much as often as I could, spent half of my time at working plotting the next Yam post.
I always make sure to yam at least once an hour. I comment on leaders posts to show support for their initiatives and express my appreciation for all the hard work they do. I cannot imagine where this company would be if had it not have our leaders leading and carrying us forward.
Anyone for any good recipes for all these yams?
