If the posts below about new store hours are true, I’m willing to bet it’s in retaliation for the pulse survey results. They can’t handle criticism no matter how constructive it is. Verizon’s leadership should be replaced with the part timers they are wanting for retail. After all the quality of work and hours put in would probably be greater than what leadership has done this past year

I dont think we can call the higher ups Leaders anymore. They should be known as the Golden Parachute Gang as they tank the company for their own financial gains. F U HANS

The changes to the hours are complete bu-----t. My location now will be open an hour earlier and. Lose an hour later. From a 11-7 store to a 10-8 store sounds like a process to weed out full timers to save pay and go with a bunch of part timers..

I also forgot to mention how Verizon changed the team commission multiplier schedule based on survey results. There was a lot of complaints on here regarding how unfair it was. So what does Verizon do ? They actually raised the threshold and made it nearly impossible to hit a 1.5 based on surveys . So yeah they do retaliate...it’s quite obvious.

You made a significant point on here that a lot seem to miss. This message board is one big Pulse survey and accurately depicts how the majority of us feel working in the store. I honestly believe that leadership does retaliate based on comments on here because you never see any positive changes based on topics in the numerous threads. One example is the dress code and the silly denim style shirts. Reps overwhelmingly have disliked the shirts from the beginning. Verizon could have easily changed the style and boosted morale just a teenie tiny bit. What do they do ? You talked so they listened and made the shirt more flexible. Wow. Verizon very rarely makes changes or decisions based on front line workers feedback.
