The Oracle CX product is a dog - they can't give it away. When you don't make your numbers, life in Oracle sales gets very ugly very quickly. Better to move on to something better before the axe starts falling.

It is a surprise to see people running away two weeks before the end of the quarter.
ASM’s and Sales are only part of the problem. It has much more to do with the top down management model and the plethora of new control systems that turn engineers into secretaries.
