Honestly, I would love to get a chance to train my replacements, because I would be very happy to get a package and go. I do remember, however, the experience of my colleague who was shocked with the amount of disinterest in the job of the person he trained.
I don’t like generalizations, but it also seems to me that new people here are often less engaged than people who are sick of this place and who are leaving.
