I was told by a very reliable source that many stores are hiring part timers for the summer so that come Sept 1st many corporate store will change hands to agents. The corporate reps will have a chance to apply to the retailer about 2 weeks prior to the switch over.

OP is right. Our GM is hiring 5-6 reps all part time btwn his 2 locations. The reason they’re hiring so many is that when the transition happens, they’ll b fully covered with those high school grads since intelligent & people who know everything are the ones who’ll leave.
