Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

I love how we have a voluntary survey that’s mandatory. Like any other survey, if people aren’t eager to take it that means they have nothing good to say. Or they just don’t care. How about release a survey and let whoever wants to take it, simply take it. Let’s save the money we spent on a useless survey and put towards comp plans. Verizon receives billions in tax breaks and still trims low paying jobs in order to pay millions to executives that make bad business decisions. We invest our money in surveys that ask if I have a best friend at work. Waste of time, release a free survey monkey and buy all the reps a $10 lunch for working regular hours with COVID like staffing levels.
