It’s early my time. Ever since I found out about that guy peyton’s story, I’ve just been mired in thinking about how he truly felt. How he must’ve been so caught off guard by the people he signed on to do business with. How his mental state deteriorated over the time he was there. I hope this case gets lots of traction. As an employee, I believe it 100%. As someone who has worked for people who should be considered subhuman, I believe it. At what point do we stop tolerating this stuff? People do lose their minds and hurt themselves or people around them. The O lawyer had the audacity to say “oh, he was depressed and had substance issues”; yeah dummy....welcome to Oracle! I feel for his kids. He’s not much older than me. The rats in all these layers of sales and management need to go. They are truly the most useless group in the company. It’s sad that his life is over. He actually seemed like a good person and a caring individual....but that’s not important to a company like Oracle. At some point you have to look yourself in the mirror and ask, “did I do the right thing? Am I a good person?” For most of the rats, that’s a big no. At some point karma catches up to people.

Update on the lawyer’s web site today (May 25) shows they are arguing against arbitration.
To paraphrase Steely Dan--
You're a fool to do their dirty work, oh yeah
Then OCI primary perpetrator TG is gone from Oracle and OCI.
Awaiting lawsuit from TG on CM now.
I see scorpion and frog and scorpion and fox.
There are many variations to the story, I've even seen the one with the cobra and the rabbit as well.
However the bottom line is that if you do business with the scorpion you will get stung because scorpions sting. If you do business with Cobras, you will get bit. It is what they do.

The lawyers also posted an update. The case is going into arbitration so we won’t know what happens until the process is concluded. Oracle’s bluff was called and they realize they would likely lose the case if they don’t try to negotiate out of court.
Meh. Old news.
I see scorpion and frog and scorpion and fox.
The the person who mentioned Whole Foods I will look it up.
Go read about Whole Foods management on this site and while reading it remember that he was a VP level there, so the real picture might be not as rosy as you imagine.
Just goes to show that you can run your business as a complete and total sociopath and still be rewarded. That’s why this type of behavior is tolerated. The cynical say Just find another job. That’s how this Bs is perpetuated. Call it out whenever you can. Don’t let your friends apply at insane companies. Contribute reviews.
Doing business with Oracle reminds me of the story of the rabbit and the scorpion. If you don't know it, look it up.
