If you are thinking about applying for one of the newly 1000 jobs available. Don’t do it. It’s a scam they will only lay you off in a few months to a year. This is just a smoke screen to try to reduce fallout from the horrible working conditions. And watch in a few months you are gone with a minimal if any severance package. Run! It’s not what it used to be! Run and apply somewhere that values their employees.

Imagine this, you work at MC Donald's. You are the lowest on the pay range. However you have the duties of a manager with out the pay. At any time you can be held responsible for someone else because everyone is a manager. No time to worry about that though because you have to sell a bag of sand with every cheeseburger. If you don't get enough sand bags sold with your cheeseburgers an "actual" manager getting more pay is going to have a talking with you. Clearly the managers are bewildered by the fact that even though you have 25 different meals to sell, why you didn't do enough of 6 specific meals. They let you know that if next month you don't get everyone to have a bag of sand with the meal you could be written up or fired.
Don't get me started on possibly getting 3 bad customer surveys and fired when you have the tools off a caveman to sell burgers.
I hope this comes up on googley search as a warning to stay away.
