More stores flipped to agents, less GMs and SMs more part time employees. More key holders to compensate for less management. Everyone remaining will continue to be phased out little by little until there are eventually 90% indirect stores. Most stores are being setup for failure in order to prepare for a transition to indirect. You won’t see a lot of resources and money dumped into VZW stores. It doesn’t make sense in the long run if they are just going to be flipped. Expect skeleton crews and a lot of false hopes and fake news to string you along to prevent any Union activity. We should start to catch wind of transitions soon probably between May 20- June 15. Indirect already set to take over mid June to July sometime. Fair warning so you can prep. Good luck y’all!

This is what verizon was gonna do once they went part time. Any intelligent person that has been with this company for more than 5 years should have seen this coming.
Actually they don't provide severance out of the goodness of their heart. It's the equivalent of hush money.
No law says an employer has to offer severance. Verizon offers it purely out of the goodness of their hearts. So, it is a handout.
If anybody has worked long enough to receive a severance of significance has definitely earned it. I don't see that as a victim hand out, more so BS accountability for Verlieson. But personally can't afford to wait for it. Gotta go gotta go
