Bottom line we are all temporary employees without out any job protection or rights. We are combined with indirect so we can train our replacements. Just stop the lies and be honest with us. We are all just waiting for the other shoe to drop. And we have the worst leadership that is so fake. They refer to us as one team because we are going to get fired as one team since because no one has our backs. Luckily there’s enough jobs in San Jose I feel bad for those of you that are out in the rural areas.
