In this company, it is literally impossible to achieve something with hard work unless you are one of the favorites of your superior. On the other hand, if you are among the favorites, then you can only work bare minimum. This is really demoralizing and one of the biggest reasons why more and more people are deciding to get out of here as soon as possible.
