If you quit mid month or partway into a month and you have sales, what happens to your commissions? Do you get prorated, all or nothing of the "team commission"?

Prorated
It gets prorated. The amount and the target. For example, if you work half the month your at risk is half but so is your target. Many people thought it was the target reduction but they also reduce the at risk. If you are MBO, you are out. MBO is all in or nothing
