Are we finally going to rip off the Band-Aid on months and months of uncertainty? I'm hearing the time has finally come (or finally coming this month, I guess).
How's everyone feeling about their prospects of staying in the new COE structure? Is anyone really feeling safe/confident about a soft landing here?
Maybe once the dust settles my ulcer will go away.
I hope it's me. I'm leaving a long time before I start my next job to try to get laid off before I give my 2-weeks. It's nearly double my current pay here with a two-tier jump in title as well, but having 20 weeks of severance in lump sum would be really nice.
I’ve been gone for a year. Really sorry you all have to work under these conditions. Hard to “ Do more with less” with a sword hanging over your head.
