Couple of things, don't say management doesn't care. Most TM/SM/CMs understand.... so you have to remember this is an Enterprise Led organization which means VP and above. Trust me, no one below the VP, has any input or decision making ability other than the normal day to day administrative stuff. If they don't go along they are in the same boat you are...and will be run off. Yes some a-holes out there in first line leadership but most are just as stressed or more so than the rank and file! Designed this way! Folks just trying to survive to pay the bills and maybe retire too!
Turnover and horrible work environment-that is the business plan!! THEY DO UNDERSTAND!... so don't keep asking that question! Get a couple of years of experience and leave, that is what they want you to do! Keeps expenses low and creates no movements for change or resistance if the work force turnovers every 3-4 years. It's the business model! You think they built offices next to cattle car drops-offs/public transit to attract great talent! DOPE!!! I think they have realized WFH even allows them to exploit more people in more states even cheaper!
It's gonna get worse. They have reduced staffing by almost 30K employees in 10 years and are growing policies They are high fiving!!!! The plan is working! Everyone is numbered 1-57.5K. Simple as that, they could absolutely care less about you or anything you bring to the table. Stress, your problem, too much work, leave/oh well! We don't want your ideas, we are smarting than you!
Folks bide your time, keep a resume out there, stay under the radar, play the game until you have a better option. If you can be patient enough tables do turn! Wait till all the retirements continue, pandemic lifts and job market gets crazy. Eventually they will have to pay the Devil his dues!
Ohhh and I cancelled my SF insurance 8 years ago! Maybe self-defeating but I can't send money when I know it just benefs a worthless agent and immoral/unethical company that treats people like cr-p! Tell your friends and tell your family. Very few companies are better and many are worse but the old adage...two wrongs don't make a right is still true! Protest with your pocket book!
