Wichterich has $205,000 a month coming after 7/31/2021

How bout this guy Wichterich—he has an undergraduate degree with a major in accounting. That means he has little or no education. For all practical purposes—no education.
He is a darling of Private Equity but has zero skills to run an Exploration Company. Riverstone funded Three Rivers but no one knows if he has ever made money in oil & gas. Come July he will be paid $205,000 a month. Private Equity does love stooges so I guess he is qualified for a stooge position.
W’s resume boasts ties to Grizzly and Bruin two former notorious bankrupts. If you’re bragging about ties to bankrupt companies, what’s that say?
Hey Mike—it’s the 10th of May. Where is the 1q 10q? When you gonna finish counting the beans?
The pigs (poorly qualified losers) are still feeding at the trough big time. How is this guy qualified to lead a search for the next leader of CHK.
I’d pay W 0.00.
W sat on his hands as a director under Lowler and has to be considered one of the individuals responsible for the bankruptcy.
You would think a CEO making millions of dollars a year would have multiple graduate and professional degrees, could speak several languages, had ideas concerning business which had been published and scrutinized and a clear, clear record of making money.
How come CHK keeps hiring Harold Hamm types? People who look like they fell off a turnip truck shortly after they loaded it. Harold got lucky and cheated and stole his way to the top. It’s probably not repeatable. I was hoping we would get more traditional leadership. Then I realized, we’re in Oklahoma.

Meanwhile the guys being told they’re the backbone of the company haven’t had a raise in 2 years.

Does OP really believe this guy is there to run the company? Who appointed him to the BOD? Franklin? Maybe he's just there to oversee Franklin's efforts to recover its investment by piecemealing off the assets until there is nothing left?

Speaking about notorious bankrupts, in an unholy alliance announced today, Bonanza Creek (notorious bankrupt) is merging with another notorious bankrupt, Extraction Oil & Gas, which Wichterich also features prominently on his CV.
Has Wichterich gotten rich cleaning up the financial debris in the Patch created by the incompetent Private Equity and Bankers?
A friend of mine described Wichterich as akin to a confectioner and said that Wichterich specializes in obscuring incompetence in executive suites and dressing up the wreckage so that the architects thereof are never fully identified and can quickly find new victims.
That’s an appalling indictment if it’s true.

I agree. No more Id--t Savants like Aubrey and Lowler. We need proven massive business and intellectual horse power and we need it now.
