Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

WHY are the SMs & GMs NOT taking the Escalation??

Lately there have been incidents where these so called SMs & GMs don’t like to take or even get involved in an escalation & try to force that upon the Solution Specialist instead so that way they get the green light to write reps up based on the survey they get. Whether it the rep’s fault or not, whether it was some other rep/store/3rd party store who messed up to begin with. It all makes sense now bcz thats the reason they want us to do then trainings on being key holders. Then why r the SMs & GMs given that high of a salary then? What do they do nowadays or lets say even before that their pay is justified? No but Solution Specialists are the ones who r the main expense of the company jot these useless & good for nothing managers. Bcz lets say if one were to get them involved reps can then either note the time & date of the incident & back themselves up based upon what & whom they were working with. Customer abuse is at all time high, and the SMs instead of helping in that situation act like snipers who on reality know everything about the situation but act like they dont know nothing in order to blindly wrote reps up. Best thing would be to put in the remarks that when presented the situation to the manager (SM or GM), they refused to either get involved or help out in the situation. Soon it will be on Social Media platforms & other sources as well, if this doesn’t stop. HR & Exec level peeps have to answer this. Being deaf & blind would only hurt the company & it won’t be long that the corruption in this company will b fully exposed to the common public.
