Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Miserable

What a sad state of the business. Is anyone happy, or even content? I don’t make enough to juggle the 20 things my supervisor asks of me. How much more can you take personally? I’m one bad NPS away from quitting same day.

Work slow milk the hourly. All you have to do is try. Suck all the money earned out of verizon as you can.

The moral is so low in our stores. I’ve helped out at most of the stores in my district over the last couple months due to staffing issues. The message is clear and the same at all of them and I don’t even have to ask. Other reps bring up the condition to me. So sad what verizon is doing to us.

Yes. This job sucks. I have been minimalized to telling people how we can't help them. Too many people come to the store for us to handle. 1/3 need emergency fixes, 1/3 want upgrades, 1/4 want new lines, 1/2 have "quick" questions, 1/3 want to complain about billing or something someone else messed up. Yes if you add all those totals up it is more than ONE store can handle. (Yes its a play on numbers)
