So Starting June, Verizon will be forcing people to go part time or threatened with numbers/RIS so they can make them quit and hire people from outside to bring a good name in the Media for the respective.
Also, SMs head counts will b next thing which will be taken into consideration.
Lately, GMs are also practicing “AGE” based & Racial discrimination as well. One more interesting thing to be noted is that the SMs & GMs dont like to take an escalation and putting all that on Solution Specialists, simply because if they get involved and see that we’re NOT at fault but the customer or the other rep/store/3rd party issue, how will they tighten their grips on us, bcz 3 negative surveys can get one written up. So they’re saying that it’s part of the change so they’re completely safe having their backs covered up.
All this should be reported outside to other legal entities and NLRB bcz its all happening here in Verizon and HR is sitting & watching the show keeping their eyes & ears closed.

This should be in Glassdoor, Indeed, Media everywhere that they are actually doing these practices. Also at this point its pretty obvious that the next SM head hunt will b entirely based on AGE.
Then report them fool. We all work here we know what is going on. Blow the whistle friend. This job is a big f joke. Also they can't fire you for numbers, don't quit either.
