The issues start at the top. We don’t have leaders that grow the business through innovation. They try to grow the business by cutting jobs and going cheap on essentials. That type approach always ends in disaster. We need new leadership! Who the he-l hired this Sean Lee guy? He comes from Sears and JC Penny. Let me guess he started at Blockbuster and then moved up the ladder at Blackberry. Hey maybe we can see if the CEOs at Circuit City and Toys r Us are available to consult Hans?
