It’s been 6 weeks and verizon still hasn’t paid out my unused vacation time. How convenient to hold my money hostage. Per verizon they need to escalate it to tier two. Verizon is so cr---y now. But on a positive note ... life is way better after verizon....

Cannot wait to get out of this he-l ho-e. I am depressed, anxious, tired, self deflated, and angry every time i step foot inside the store. There is always an issue whether with systems or customers. Evryday i want to ki-l myself because no one in the company gives a sh-t about the front line employees anymore. It feel awful to not get the support you need. This job aint worth it. Verizon aint worth it. I wish someone would file a class action lawsuit for all the terrible things verizon has put us thru... denim, pos systems, rigged commissions, surveys, grow, etc. No no just make sure Hans gets his $19 million and shareholders get more money. Employees are expendable
I got my payout quickly. You guys definitely need to check on that for sure.
Same here, left at the end of March. Still have not paid out the full vacation time. Called and was told it is coming. The payroll phone number got me offshore agents. Wow has the once mighty fallen.
So happy to be gone.. still getting the discount untill they pay me out.. that is the sliver lining. Once discount stops port out time as the regular prices at other carriers is just a little more than my discount rate at VZ.
