Brits to get a pay CUT this year

So, is it true that, along with a pay freeze, the British colleagues are losing their matching share scheme as well? Rumour I heard was that the shares being saved will be given to the senior mgt so that they, at least, get a rise. If anyone knows anything, do tell.

UK employee here, Chemicals, I got the email saying they were ending the matching. It was a very lucrative deal and I surprised it was tax efficient. I enjoyed it while lasted,,,,,, shame it is gone. Obviously not going to participate in the scheme now, much better investment options now available elsewhere now that it is just a straight trade rather than any matching.

Never seen a workforce work more slowly and with less urgency than the UK F&L workforce....

Many are pretty useless. I hope they get upset and leave. A drag to our overall performance.

US employees all took a 7% pay cut last year and it didn’t feel great.
