It is amazing how out of touch Verizon is. That article about VZ with the facts from the ex employee called them out on insurance so they change it, make it cost more and you get less. Wow the id--ts really have taken over.
Where is it mentioning exact cost for a clnr outside warranty? I'm looking at the ost and don't see anything about it.

Wait.....now customers have to PAY for a CLNR outside of 1 year? Oh yeah this is going to go down REAL well with customers.
The price increase is 100% to keep us from getting paid on conversions
$50 for a CLNR if it's out side the one year even with insurance.
Typical Verizon, if something does not work, rename it. Surely we did not come up with a bad product, we just gave it the wrong name.
