Managers begging for good pulse surveys

"Give me a good rating but write anything in the comments!" Sounds like what I say to customers daily. Now they know how we feel when we get a negative survey that has nothing to do with us! Im done with these games. I was brutal, ones all the way down. If the survey really was meant to be all about the GM then make the questions about the GM.....Have original thoughts and score honestly. Don't be a sheep.

I just went off in my survey. Sorry to my manager, but something has got to give. Time for the truth to not be sugar coated. Verizon is on a downward spiral and padded numbers isn’t going to help. Tell the truth.
