Management couldn't telegraph their position any clearer, if you're a US based EMIT person, they are actively looking to get rid of your position. If you're not actively interviewing, that's on you, don't come to this board crying when in a year or two you're stuck without a job and no prospects.

@1ulx+1aHqpWIM same - I’m looking externally but not in a rush. Why force yourself to compete with all the recent MLRP/laid-off people from around the industry?
Because I am a manager and managers here dont get cut. We only get demoted when economy tanks and get promoted back up as $$$ starts coming in. So no real reason to leave.
Why I’m not looking to leave? I’ve developed bu-----t skills here in an area that I don’t want to continue in externally. So I’m going to chillax here with our comfy wlb and self study so when I do leave it’s something I really want.
Given up. I shall live in the campus.
Let’s all fu-k the board over and vote white proxy card.
I like white guys.
Why don’t they cut the VP out and outsource this role outside of Houston? Why must it be some overpaid white guy who can’t tell the difference between python and Java, when all he does is to fly around for leadership team meetings and present beautiful decks to the president of services?
Can someone explain this to me?
Enough whomping on US EMIT personnel.
Let's do a little whomping on the OP's position...
what is that?
Public Relations? Loo-rim li---r?
Come on, OP, sp-t it out.
What do you do for a livin?
@op - what was the latest message about that? Last I heard they wanted to cut another 10% of positions by 2025, but that was “it”
Well what if I were some EMIT dead weight that wants to get a giant package?
